Please read the following information carefully before purchasing:

• 1.This wireless charger is specifically designed for iPhone series, compatible with iPhone 8 and later models.
• 2.For any iPhone 16/15/14/13/12 series, you can charge your phone directly on the charger with or without a Magsafe case. If you are using a non-Magsafe case, we have included a metal ring in the package. You can attach it to the back of your non-Magsafe case. For instructions on how to correctly attach the metal ring, please scan the QR code on the package for the tutorial video.
• 3.For iPhones before the 12 series, please scan the QR code on the package for the tutorial video and then properly install the included metal ring onto your phone case. When CHGeek Magsafe wireless car charger is charging, use a magnetic case with a thickness of ≤4mm (0.16 inch) or charge without a protective case.
• 4.For leather Magsafe cases, please note that they have poorer heat dissipation compared to transparent or silicone cases, so the phone surface temperature may be higher while charging.
• 5.Please do not place metal objects between the Magsafe case and the phone, as this will prevent the phone from charging.
• 6.If the car interior temperature is high, please turn on the air conditioner to prevent the phone charging speed from slowing down. Suitable temperature range for the charger: 0℃ (32℉) – 28℃ (82.4℉).
• 7.Please note that a QC 3.0 car charger is required as the power source for the device.
