Why can’t my phone connect to the Wi-Fi on the dash cam?

Due to a small number of compatibility issues, if the app and dash cam are unable to connect, please switch off your phone’s cellular data first and then try again.
How do you use the dash camera’s parking mode?

You will need to install the hardwire kit, which can be purchased with the extra ASIN: B0BV2CJ5SW. Set the Parking Mode when you first use the camera, and thereafter it will automatically enter Parking Mode every time the car is turned off.
Can I disable the DMS feature when I don’t wish to use it?

Yes, you can. When you require its use, select the appropriate setting to activate it, or deactivate it as needed.
Can I view the recording directly on the dash cam, or must I export it to a computer?

You can view the video directly on the dash cam, or via the APP. Additionally, you have the option to export it to your computer for viewing.
Do I need to purchase a memory card to use this car camera?

This dash cam supports memory cards up to 256GB in size. A free 128GB card is included with the dash cam.
